This time the leak was harder to find but Clint found an area he believed the leak was in. I was finally able to find the time to dig down to try to find the leak. She was straight forward about what a trip charge would be, and offered to help me figure out if I even needed someone to come out. She explained what I might be hearing and we discussed various things it may be, until I felt confident that it was most likely confined inside the pipes but to call if I see evidence of wet drywall later. She also explained exactly how they would find a leak with minimal wall damage if I needed it later. I will definitely refer this company to all of my friends and family!
