Caleb joined American Leak Detection full-time in 2021, continuing a family tradition of serving the community through skilled, customer-focused work. After earning his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Purdue University Fort Wayne in 2022, he stepped into supporting the day-to-day operations of the family business.

Caleb is trained in all leak detection services, and in the summer months he specializes in advanced pool leak detection. He is passionate about combining innovative technology with practical solutions to help homeowners protect their properties with minimal disruption.

With deep roots in DeKalb County spanning generations, the Smith family has long been a part of the local business community. Caleb is proud to continue that legacy—delivering honest, reliable service to neighbors across Fort Wayne and the surrounding areas.

Pat brings over 25 years of business ownership and experience in foreclosure maintenance, home remodeling/ repairs, and rental properties. He understands how homes work from the inside out—their plumbing, structure, and mechanical systems.

In 2015, Pat acquired American Leak Detection of Fort Wayne, combining his hands-on expertise and problem-solving mindset with a passion for helping customers protect their properties. Since then, he’s become the go-to expert in our area for water leaks, complex plumbing systems, fire systems, and large commercial buildings.

American Leak Detection of Fort Wayne is a true family business, and Pat takes pride in leading a team that shares his values of honesty, practicality, and quality service—earning the trust of homeowners and businesses throughout the area.

Ryley Smith brings more than a decade of experience in management, front desk operations, and gymnastics coaching at her family’s sports center in Waterloo, Indiana. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong skill set in organization, customer service, and team leadership, with a proven ability to keep fast-paced environments running efficiently.

In her current role, Ryley supports the backbone of daily operations by managing backend organization and handling client communications with professionalism and care. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellent service help ensure a seamless experience for every customer.

Trent Sibery brings a diverse background in welding and fabrication, roofing construction, and small business ownership, giving him a strong foundation in hands-on problem solving and attention to detail. As the operator of his own local fabrication business, he has developed a reputation for precision, reliability, and quality workmanship.

In addition, Trent comes from a family deeply involved in the insurance industry in Auburn, Indiana, giving him a unique perspective on risk, property concerns, and customer care. He specializes in sewer smoke testing, helping homeowners accurately identify the source of sewer odors and potential health concerns such as endotoxin-related bacteria. His practical expertise, combined with a solutions-focused approach, allows him to diagnose issues efficiently and provide clear, effective recommendations.
