Scott and Tracy have 30 years’ experience with working homeowners and commercial property owners via insurance claims, leak detecting and real estate. Scott and Tracy were both born and raised in West Texas and enjoy working with the community, problem solving and provide the highest level of customer service possible. When they are not working, you can find them spending time with their family and especially grandchildren!

Chris Royce is our Leak Detection Specialist in the Lubbock/ Amarillo area.  He excels at locating leaks and resolving the most complex of plumbing issues with experience and professionalism.  Chris brings an excellent work ethic to each assignment, giving our customers the answers and information they need to move forward in their homes and businesses.
