“To Whom It May Concern: I’d like to pass on my HUGE thanks for a tremendous job well done today (10/25/2018) by RJ and Caesar on my pool in Prattville, AL 36066. Before they arrived, they honored my request by calling to tell me they were on their way…so I could be there. Then when I first met them both guys were very friendly and so easy to talk to. They quickly got to work. RJ was under the water while Caesar checked all of the plumbing connections. In my opinion they were very SAFE in all they did. They worked quickly but thoroughly and found 10 holes and 23 pin holes. After they were finished RJ explained (to my satisfaction) what he found and the possible cause for those problems. Caesar clearly explained the paperwork. This was the first time I was able to watch the process from start to finish and again…I was totally impressed. I will be sure to highly recommend your company to anyone who would need your services. Please pass to RJ and Caesar my sincere thanks for their amazing and well done work today.
