“The bad news is that a pipe leading to/from our pool broke resulting in a precipitous drop in the water level; the GOOD NEWS is that ACE POOL SERVICE recommended AMERICAN LEAK DETECTION. Tommy responded first, detected the area of the leak and was able to plug a pool drain to stop the water loss until the repair crew arrived to dig up and replace the broken pipe and then repair the concrete they needed to go through and even completely clean up after. They also explained what they were doing during the job and gave me the broken section of pipe as a souvenir. In addition, the office staff was very helpful and very professional. All things considered, a perfectly excellently done job. Wish all companies solved problems as well as this one does.”
